Archipelago is a series of unpopular dancefloor classics revisited by Portuguese acts. For digital only format, we invite musicians and producers to translate original underground bangers into their own musical language.
First up on the boat is Rita “Electro Betty-Boop” Braga, who’s ukulele sonic use always resembled us Arthur Russell playing his cello and imagining her falsetto on Lola Love’s part was the eureka for creating this series.
